Fun Exercise?

Now we've all heard of that word exercise! Something that some of us may enjoy or some of us may hate. When it comes to exercising to keep fit and get into shape, it's normally boring which puts us off of doing it. The exercise most of us know of are running laps or doing sit up or push ups, that's not fun! There are, however, many fun exercises you can do such as dancing (the fun, cheesy dance videos also work to make exercise fun), trampolining and even going to the gym with a friend can always make it more fun. Doing a workout to one of your fave songs to get you into the rhythm can brighten up any exercise.
