Stress, Stress, Stress!! As we get older we have a lot more things to worry about, especially in the teenage years. When being a teenager, all we want to do is have fun but it's not that easy! Theres school work, exams, friendships, relationships and even family problems to worry about but maybe theres so much stress because so much pressure is put on us. We want to make everyone happy with what we do which makes us want to try even harder and we can get so muddled up with things. We need to learn to set things out at a reasonable pace and learn to time keep well. For example, if it's homework thats dragging you down and stressing you out then create a timetable of when you are going to do each piece of work. Planning things ahead and being a lot more organised can help alot.
Signs of stress may be emotional, physical or behavioral. It can effect a person drastically and their behaviour towards others or themselves. Stress could lead to depression which could then get serious if not dealt with. Taking control and being organised with everything you do can really benefit your mood and behaviour.
